Collect samples from Incoming Raw Material, in-process material or Finished Product as specified in QP
In case of Incoming Raw Material conduct tests as specified - Sieve analysis and chemical analysis
Check and Record the Results. If confirming to specification generate the Inspection Report and circulate .
Check Blanket’s size like length, width, thickness & weight
After checking all parameters, decide blanket’s density according to its weight
Check Shot Content and record in QC log book
Check Tensile Strength and record in QC log book
Issue test report with the inspection status.
Draw the sample from finished blanket and send it to Third Party Lab for Thermal conductivity (once in a year) and collect report
Check Linear Shrinkage and record in QC log book
Check Blanket’s size like length, width, thickness & weight
Collect sample from finished blanket and perform tests as per QP
Maintain Information and Traceability
Check Fibre Dia and record in QC log book
