Module Information

D - ANC Module

Sliding type module supplied with D-Anc anchoring system. Designed for easy positioning in any direction and mainly used to create square patterns commonly required for parquet construction.

D - LOC Module

Commonly used in electrical heaters and furnaces. Allows easy replacement of damaged modules without disturbing adjacent modules.

Anchor System Advantage

D-Anc and D-Loc module anchors are designed for low stress, allowing use at higher temperatures compared to conventional module anchors.

Veneer Module Applications

Veneer modules can be applied over refractory castable, monolithic plastics, high-temperature IFB and ceramic fiber modules. Modules are available in 12" × 12" ceramic fiber insulation thicknesses.

They can be installed over existing refractory surfaces to improve furnace efficiency by replacing serviceable refractory lining.

Typical applications include:

  • Forge furnace
  • Heat treating furnace
  • Crucible furnace
  • Pusher heat furnace
  • Rotary hearth furnace
  • Ceramic kiln
  • Holding furnace
